2) Telephone or Fax. We accept Visa or Mastercard. You can fax your details to

from 10am - 5pm, Tuesday-Saturday, London time.
3) Personal cheques. ... We accept personal cheques but please telephone in
advance so that we can reserve the items you want.

Shipping
Shipping of your choice.
1) By recorded post from London UK. The charge for this is $6.50 ( per one
small package) and will take between one and three weeks for delivery.
2) By FedEx or UPS, for next day delivery service, The charge for this will
be around $ 50.
Return Policy
In the rare case that a customer is not happy with their purchase, the
following condition apply :
If you are not satisfied that the condition of the jewelry is not as
described or if there is any other reason a refund is requested this can only
be done in the form of a ***CREDIT NOTE*** ( this
Credit note will be to the value of the piece minus shipping charges ).
In my expereience, this is extremely rare as we are very careful to
describe jewelry accurately.
